Last year’s Most Valuable Player Mario Wuysang is focused and ready to capture his first ABL championship with Indonesia Warriors. This will be Wuysang’s second appearance in the finals after making an appearance inthe ABL’s Season 1 finals back in 2010.
Wuysang has been a great leader for the Warriors and finished the season with an average of 12.27 points per game. We talked to the 33 year old point guard about his experience of playing in the finals and his team’s preparations heading into the finals.
This will be your second appearance in theABL finals. How has your past experience going to help you in this series?
It’s going to help me a lot as far as knowing what to expect and the pressure.
Do you feel like the Warriors are peaking at the right time?

Definitely. I think this team is peaking at the right time with the addition of Evan Brock and Stanley Pringle. Right time and right place. We are ready.
Can you describe how anxious you are to get it started playing for the championship?
We are very excited to be here and can't wait tp get it started because we prepared very well for this series. We want to win that championship and that’s what we are playing for.
